(Ar-Ra'd) 13 : 17

He sends down water from the sky, streams and rivers flow according to their capacity, and the torrent carries a rising foam. And from that which they heat in the fire, desiring adornments and utensils, is a foam like it. Thus, Lord Allah describes parables of truth and falsehood. As for the foam, it vanishes; but as for that which benefits the people, it remains on the earth. Just like that Allah details the examples.

In this verse the Adhikr is denoted as the water sent down from the sky, Messenger and believers who convey the Message to entire mankind are denoted as the streams and rivers. The hypocritical transgressors and their blind followers are denoted as the worthless foam that generates during torrent and metal extraction.

By converting the Great Mercy—Adhikr—into disbelief, the 29 pseudo-prophets and hypocrites have made permissible the Hell—the house of worthless—for their people as explained in verses 14: 28-30. They both are denoted as filthy, and Adhikr will increase filth over filth upon such disbelievers as explained in verses 9: 28, 95 and 125. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are following falsehood and have made their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. So, on the Day of Judgment when the Judgment will be with the Truth-Adhikr, they will be the losers as explained in verse 9: 33. Impartial Lord doesn't guide anyone either to Paradise or Hell. So, the odd-believer will testify Adhikr-the Best Interpretation of Lord's Book-and follows a lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 4: 91; 10: 24 and 11: 118-119.
